Delete Your CaptchaLoot Account
You're always in control of your account. Here's how to delete it, and what happens next.
Delete from inside the app
- 1Open the CaptchaLoot app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Account (or Settings → Privacy & Security).
- 3Select Delete Account.
- 4Review the warning and confirm the request.
After confirming, your account typically enters a grace period before deletion becomes permanent, during which signing back in can cancel the request. Check the confirmation screen in the app for the exact window that applies to your request.
Can’t access the app?
If you’re unable to sign in or the in-app option isn’t working, email us to request deletion instead:
To help us verify your request, please send this email from the same address associated with your account, and include your in-app username or referral code if you have it.
What happens when you delete your account
Account data
Your profile and account data are scheduled for deletion and are no longer accessible once the process completes.
Caps
Any remaining Caps balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred once deletion is complete.
Pending redemptions
A redemption that is still processing may be cancelled as part of account deletion. Completed redemptions are not affected.
Referral records
Referral relationships and any pending referral credit tied to the deleted account are removed or forfeited as part of deletion.
Transaction history
Your visible transaction history is removed from the app. We may retain limited records for a period afterward where necessary for fraud prevention or legal/accounting obligations, per our Privacy Policy.
