1. Overview

These Community Guidelines describe the behavior we expect from everyone using CaptchaLoot, so the reward system stays fair and enjoyable for genuine users. They work alongside our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Abuse and Harassment

Do not abuse, harass, threaten, or target other users or our support team. This includes abusive language directed at support staff when contacting us.

3. Fraud

Do not attempt to defraud CaptchaLoot or other users — for example, by falsifying information, misrepresenting your identity, or attempting to obtain Caps or rewards you are not entitled to.

4. Manipulation

Do not attempt to manipulate challenge results, Caps balances, redemption outcomes, referral tracking, or any other part of the Service outside its intended use.

5. Automated Solving

Challenges must be solved by you personally. Using automated solving tools, scripts, macros, or third-party solving services is prohibited.

6. Bots

Do not use bots or any automated process to interact with the App, complete challenges, or generate referral or reward activity.

7. Exploiting Bugs

If you discover a bug that lets you earn Caps incorrectly, bypass a limit, or otherwise gain an unintended advantage, do not exploit it — report it to Support instead. Caps obtained by exploiting a bug will be reversed.

8. Multiple-Account Abuse

Creating or controlling more than one account to earn additional rewards, referral credit, or otherwise gain an advantage is prohibited under our one-account policy.

9. Fake Referrals

Referrals must represent genuine, independent new users. Self-referrals, incentivized signups from accounts you control, and fabricated referral activity are prohibited and will not earn referral rewards.

10. Reward Manipulation

Do not attempt to alter, intercept, or falsify a redemption request, reward delivery, or transaction record.

11. Reverse Engineering for Abuse

Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the App in order to abuse the reward system, bypass fraud checks, or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.

12. Circumventing Security Controls

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, fraud checks, device or account restrictions, or any other security control built into the Service.

13. Enforcement

Violating these guidelines can result in reversed Caps, declined redemptions, account restriction, or account termination, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
