Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out activities that are prohibited when using CaptchaLoot. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines. Violating this policy can result in reversed Caps, declined redemptions, account restriction, or account termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:

• Use bots to interact with the App or complete challenges.
• Use automation of any kind to complete challenges or generate reward-eligible activity.
• Use scripts, macros, or third-party tools to solve or submit challenges.
• Create, control, or use multiple accounts.
• Generate or submit fake referrals, including self-referrals or referrals from accounts you control.
• Use a VPN or proxy to circumvent eligibility, regional, or fraud-prevention controls, where doing so is prohibited by the App's current rules.
• Manipulate challenges, their results, or the systems that generate or score them.
• Exploit bugs or unintended behavior to earn Caps, bypass limits, or gain another advantage.
• Attempt a fraudulent redemption, including using false information or a payout destination you are not entitled to use.
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, our systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or fraud-prevention system used by the Service.

3. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may reverse associated Caps, decline or reverse a redemption, temporarily restrict an account, or permanently terminate an account. We may take these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy — including a bug that could be exploited — please report it to support@innotechsolutions.org rather than making use of it.
